PROCEDURE TO MAKE A RESERVATION

Simply call your local Atlas Club reservation centre and our friendly staff will help you to book the holiday of your choice. All you need to do is quote your RCI membership number and the operator will then have access to all your Atlas Club details. As well as making your accommodation booking, which is free if you book into an Atlas Cub resort, your reservation centre can also arrange all your travel needs from car hire, to travel insurance and from flights to ferries. Once you have made your reservation confirmation of your booking, along with further details on the resort where you will be staying, travel directions and any travel documents will be posted directly to you.

Choose which resort you want to visit.
Perhaps you would like to relax in the delightful English countryside or sample one of our top resorts in sunny Spain and play golf. Alternatively, you may prefer a more exotic destination in the Dominican Republic or the easy going atmosphere of Australia. Whatever your choice, you can be assured that your resort will meet the high standards of accommodation, amenities and hospitality demanded in the Atlas Club.

Decide on a choice of travel dates
Bear in mind that dates of seasons vary from one resort to another, depending on demand for particular locations at various times of the year. This website provides detailed information concerning the colour band dates for each resort. When deciding your travel dates it is useful to have a first, second and third choice.

Request early bookings
Bookings can be made up to two years in advance (subject to payment of the relevant annual fees) and the earlier you book, the higher your chances of having exactly the dates and destination you require. Atlas Club membership is so flexible that you can also borrow your week from next year to take a long and relaxing holiday this year, or if you prefer, why not save up this year’s time to use for a longer break next year!

Late bookings
Members making booking less than 60 days before their travel dates will have the opportunity to take advantage of our late bookings facility which allows free upgrades to a higher colour band or larger apartment. Members should remember, however, that all bookings are subject to availability and that they should be flexible about the exact resort and dates of travel. The reservation centre will inform the Atlas Club resorts of any members' bookings and should you have any questions about your destination, you can of course contact the resort reception - a 24 hour service at most of our resorts - where you will find helpful multilingual staff.

Extra weeks
We have surplus weeks in some seasons at various resorts which are available to you at very attractive rates. If you wish to rent extra weeks, simply contact our Customer Services.
