HOW TO MAKE RESERVATION

RCI MEMBERSHIP

ATLAS CLUB MEMBERSHIP & RESORTS CONDOMINIUM INTERNATIONAL (RCI)
With Atlas Club membership, you can access Resorts Condominium International (RCI) and exchange your week to 4000 resorts and 100 countries. Your RCI exchange reservations can be made through the same office as your Atlas Club bookings, so if you decide one year not to holiday in any of our Atlas Club resorts, accessing the RCI exchange system is simple and easy. Just as the season/colour band and occupancy of the apartment that you own governs the weeks you can book within Atlas Club, your access to RCI exchange reservations will be determined in the same way.

RCI Exchange System
While no additional fee is payable when making your Atlas Club reservation, an exchange fee is payable if booking a holiday within the RCI system.
Request early: As it is the case for Atlas Club resorts, RCI exchanges are subject to availability and requests for popular destinations in periods of high demand should be made up to 24 months before your travel dates, but you must remember that your travel dates must not be in a higher season/colour band than the weeks you are entitled to through your Atlas Club membership.
Your options: Borrow next year’s week to enjoy a longer holiday now or save weeks from one year to the next to enjoy a longer holiday in the future.
RCI Late exchanges: If you make your request between 45 and 2 days before you travel, all rules regarding seasons and occupancy are waived, but of course, availability may be limited.
Guest certificates: If you wish to allow your friends or family to enjoy an RCI exchange holiday on your membership, this can easily be arranged for a fee.
Travel Services:A comprehensive travel service is offered so that you can make your travel arrangements in the same phone call as your reservations. Flights, ferries and car hire can be booked at competitive rates with major operators.
